By using Monivue's platform you agree to these terms.

Service Monivue provides automated resident monitoring and safety alert services to licensed senior care facilities. Access is restricted to authorized facility administrators.

SMS Communications By enrolling a phone number in Monivue's alert system, facility administrators confirm they have obtained consent from the recipient to receive automated SMS safety alerts.

Monivue Alerts SMS Program: Monivue sends automated safety alert messages to facility staff and authorized contacts at senior care facilities.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After sending STOP you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, simply enroll again through the Monivue dashboard.

If you experience issues with the messaging program reply HELP for assistance or contact anthony@monivue.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on resident activity. If you have questions about your text or data plan contact your wireless provider.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Limitation of Liability Monivue is a monitoring aid and does not replace trained facility staff or emergency services.
