Monivue SMS Alerts — Opt-In Information
Monivue sends automated safety alert messages to facility staff and authorized contacts at senior care facilities.
How to Opt In:
Facility administrators log into the secure Monivue dashboard. When adding a resident or authorized contact, the administrator enters the recipient's phone number and checks the "Enable Text Alerts" checkbox to explicitly enroll them. Enrollment is only possible by authenticated facility staff.
Message Frequency:
